Terms of Service

1. Who we are

WaLink (the "Service") is a tool to create short links that open WhatsApp conversations, QR codes and usage statistics, operated by WaLink. Contact: support@getwalink.com.

2. What the Service does

When you create a link we generate a short address under our domain that redirects to the WhatsApp app with the number and message you configure. You can also create choice pages with several numbers, forms before the chat, QR codes and a widget for your website. The Service does not send messages or access your conversations: it only redirects to WhatsApp.

3. Account and free trial

To create links you need an account with a valid email. You can prepare your links right away, but they only work while you have an active plan. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial that starts when you add a card: nothing is charged during the trial and you can cancel anytime at no cost. The trial is granted once per account. If a plan ends or is cancelled, links pause (stop redirecting) and are kept for 90 days in case you decide to reactivate them.

4. Plans and payments

Plans are billed in US dollars (USD) on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize the periodic charge until you cancel. If your subscription starts with a free trial, the first charge happens automatically when the 7 days end unless you cancel before; the exact date is shown in your dashboard and at checkout. Each plan's price and number of links are shown on the pricing page before you pay. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the change applies at your next renewal.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard (Settings) or on the "Cancel subscription" page. Cancelling stops future charges; your links stay active until the end of the period already paid. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from your first payment: ask us within that period and we refund the full amount. See the Refund policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for spam, fraud, impersonation, illegal content or to breach WhatsApp's terms. Custom link names may not infringe trademarks or third-party rights. We may suspend or delete links and accounts that break these rules.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service continuously available but cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions. WhatsApp is a third-party service that may change how it works at any time.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; we will publish the new version on this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
